Registration
The following ticket prices in Norwegian kroner (NOK) apply inclusive VAT and ticket fees. Please note we only accept payment by card. We do not provide invoice, but a receipt as proof of payment will automatically be provided. Please note a cancellation fee of NOK1000 before March 31, 2025 and no refund after this date.

* Ticket only available for students up to the age of 30. A current valid university enrolment certificate must be sent to the conference organizers for admission (isgsr-2025@ngi.no).

- Excursion to "Langøya" Thursday 28 August (limited spaces).
- Refreshments, coffee/tea and lunch both days in hotel restaurant during the conference days 26-27th of August.
- 6th Machine learning dialog in Geotechnics (limited spaces).
- Short courses have separate fees
- Banquet dinner has an additional fee
Accommodation
When purchasing ticket for ISGSR2025 you will receive a discount code in the order confirmation by e-mail with information if you would like to stay at the Venue/Hotel. Prices are NOK 2,050.00 per night with breakfast, supplement for double room NOK 100. The offer is valid until June 23, 2025. After this date, full price.
